About Zee Smoked Foods

Zee Smoked Foods is the brainchild of Montreal chef Michael Phillips. Michael was trained in Kansas City by Canadian born, American chef, cookbook author and seven time World Barbeque champion, Paul Kirk, a.k.a. “Baron of BBQ”. ZEE Barbacoa provides barbecue catering services for charities and corporate events, while Zee Grub is found at local farmer’s markets, concerts and other venues.
